Procedure: Phase A: In an adequate vessel add all the components, then add slowly phase A1 while mixing at 1500 rpm with a stirrer. Stir until complete dispersion of the polymer. Add slowly phase A2 under stirring with high speed until complete dispersion. Heat phase A to 75-80˚C. In another vessel, mix the components of phase B and heat to 75-80˚C. Add phase B to phase A under stirring at 2000 rpm with a cowles stirrer. Stir for 10 min. Change the stirrer to a square blade stirrer. Keep stirring the mixture at 1000 rpm until the mixture reaches 40˚C. Stop stirring and let the batch cool down to room temperature. Add phase C under low speed mixing (200-400 rpm). Check pH (5.0-5.5).
