Procedure: Aqueous phase A: Disperse Aloe Vera (901025), White Willow (900100) and mix until all is well dissolved (5 min, 1500 rpm). Add Solagum AX and mix until the gel formation (5 min, 1500 rpm. Prepare phase B, add to phase A until well dissolved (5 min, 1500 rpm). Oil phase: Prepare phase C and heat it to 75˚C under mixing. Emulsification: Add phase C to combined phase AB under strong homogenisation for 10 min (3000 rpm). Finally add phase D and mix for 5 min (1500 rpm).

Procedure: Aqueous phase A: Add glycerin, the preservative and the extracts in water and mix (2 min, 1500 rpm). Add Oramix NS10 and mix gently until well dissolved (5 min, 500 rpm). Heat phase A to 75˚C. Add phase B and mix gently until well dissolved (5 min, 500 rpm) and maintain the temperature. Oil phase: Add all phase C ingredients and heat to 75˚C under gentle mixing (500 rpm). Add phase C into combined phase AB under gentle mixing for 5 min (500 rpm). Cool down to 60˚C, add phase D ingredients, one by one, then add phase E and mix (5 min, 500 rpm). Pour into the mould.
