Procedure: Phase B: Disperse Keltrol CG SFT in Glycerine in the main beaker. Add Disodium EDTA and water under stirring. Heat to 45-50˚C under stirring. Homogenise if required to get a clear, uniform, lump-free liquid. Start cooling the batch. Phase A: Add Aqualance, Hydrosativum P and Phytessence Stevia to the main beaker under stirring. Mix it well under stirring until homogeneous. Disperse Glycerox 767 in Croduret 40 and add to main beaker under mixing until homogeneous. Phase C: Disperse Euxyl PE 9010 in Glycerine and add to main beaker under mixing until homogeneous. Cool to room temperature under stirring.

Procedure: Add phase A ingredients to a micropulveriser blender cup. Micropulverise phase A powders for 1-2 minutes. Add phase B ingredients to the batch and micropulverise for an additional 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle phase C ingredients to the batch individually and micropulverise for an additional 1-3 minutes, scraping any unmixed oil/powder off the wall of the blender cup and micropulversing the batch again. Continuing to micropulverise for an additional minute until all powders are properly dispersed and uniform. Add phase D and micropulverise for 5 quick pulses. When uniform, press on appropriate componentry of choice (Aluminium/Tin Pans) at a maximum pressure of 1800 psi or 124 barr. Make a visual evaluation after pressing powder; if there are oil spots on the pressed powder, continue to micropulverise for an additional 1-3 minutes with scraping sides, and repeat process until no more oil spots are seen on the pressed powder.
