Procedure: Disperse phase B into phase A under stirring until complete dispersion. Heat phase AB up to 75˚C. Heat phase C up to 75˚C. When both phases are at the same temperature, put phase C into phase AB under stirring at a high speed and maintain that speed for 30 minutes. Start to cool, at 40˚C add phase D, then phase E. At 25˚C empty the tank.

Procedure: Weigh components of phase A and stir until homogeneous. Separately weigh components of phase B and homogenise. put the phase A into phase B with high stirring. Keep on stirring until you get a homogeneous product. Then add the phase C. Measure the pH and adjust (4.00-4.20) if necessary with the phase D.
