Procedure: Mix phase A in a vessel until uniform. In a powder mixer, mix dry ingredients of phase B until homogeneous and uniform. Slowly add phase A to phase B, as small droplets or spray, and gently mix until homogeneous and uniform (note if too much shear applied in mixing can clump). Gently turn over powder.

Procedure: In a well-ventilated area grind Pureact TR-L90 (A) to a fine powder for a smooth bar effect, or into small chunks for a mottled bar effect. In a separate beaker mix together all the liquid ingredients in phase B. Slowly add phase C and mix until the powder is completely dispersed. Add the liquid phase BC to phase A and stir well until completely coated. If the mixture is still dry, add 0.2% w/w aliquots of water until the Pureact TR-L90 is completely coated in liquid. Add to mould and compress at 40-60 psi at room temperature.

Procedure: Mix phase A together sequentially in the main vessel. Place vessel into a double boiler, cover, and begin mixing/heating to 80-100˚C. Slowly add phase B to phase A with moderate agitation. Mix until uniform. Add phase C with moderate agitation and increase mixing rate as formula thickens. Mix until fully dispersed and uniform. Add phase D and mix until uniform. While still hot, remove from mixer and quickly pour into specified mould.
