Procedure: Mix ingredients of phase A in a suitable powder mixer. Gring the mix with a suitable mill. Premix separately ingredients of phase B. Add phase B into phase A slowly, while mixing in a suitable powder mixer. When phase B is added completely, mix for another 5 minutes with high speed until the mix is homogeneous.

Procedure: Add phase A1 (solids) into a beaker. In a separate beaker add phase A2 (liquids) and stir with magnetic stirrer. Add phase A1 into phase A2 while stirring and slowly heat to 85˚C. In another beaker, homogenise phase B1 with Ultra Turrax high speed dissolver for at least two minutes at 9500 rpm. Add pahse B2 and homogenise again with Ultra Turrax for 30 seconds. heat the mixture to 80˚C while stirring (magnetic stirrer). Add phase B to phase A and homogenise with Ultra Turrax for 30 seconds. Let the emulsion cool down to 55˚C under gentle stirring. Check pH (>7) and adjust with phase C if necessary. Mix phase D separately and check pH of the solution (<7) Add phase D to the emulsion under stirring. Add phase E under stirring. Homogenise all with Ultra Turrax for a least 30 seconds. Allow to cool to ambient temperature.
