Procedure: Heat phase A and phase D up to 75˚C. Add phase B into phase A and develop the gel under maximum stirring with a rotor stator blender. Add phase C into combined AB and maintain under medium stirring for 5 minutes. Add phase D into combined phase ABC, maintain for 5 minutes under medium stirring. Increase agitation to emulsify. Keep under strong stirring for 3 minutes. Cool down to below 40°C. Add phase E and phase F one by one. Expand using a rotor stator, after 48 hours.
