Procedure: Mix and heat phase A and phase B separately at 60-65˚C. Add phase A into phase B with appropriate mixer, until uniform. Add phase C before adding to mould. Leave on mould at 4˚C for 2 hours.

Procedure: Mix and heat phase A and phase B separately at 80-85˚C. Add phase B into phase A, with high shear mixer, at the same temperature for 5-10 minutes. Heat phase C at 70-75˚C. Then add to main bulk with phase D. Mould quickly.
