Procedure: Disperse sodium hyaluronate in water under agitation and mix until uniform. Under stirring, disperse phase B into phase A for 15 minutes. and mix well. After complete dispersion, add phase C in order and mix after each addition. Add Phase D. Phase E: Mix two ingredients separately and add to formula. Add phase F and mix until homogeneous. Adjust pH to 5.5.

Procedure: Add phase A ingredients in order and mix after each addition. Under high stirring, add phase B and maintain the agitation for 15 minutes. Check that the formula is uniform. Adjust pH if needed.
