IZI to operate Malta's National Lottery
UK – SUZOHAPP will be exhibiting at EAG International Expo at ExCeL London from March 1- 3, 2022 with its big launch, the Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT), providing a fast and easy self- service pay out for players. Also new this year is the Dual Change Cashless, a new contactless change machine. This latest changer addresses the requirement for contactless payments in arcades and bingo as consumer spending habits have shifted over the last few years.
SUZOHAPP will also be showcasing products such as redemption tickets and tokens, change machines, note/coin counters and billiard products will be highlighted in particular. SUZOHAPP will be displaying its broad range of components for OEMs, such as coin and banknote validators, printers, hoppers, monitors and push buttons.
HOLLAND – SUZOHAPP has enhanced its Sales and Business Development Teams in Europe, which are now led by Markus Prader as the new Business Development Director. Prader joined the SUZOHAPP team in 2018 as a Key Accounts Manager and will now focus on building and sustaining the business development arm of the business, focused on customers, their experience and interaction with our sales team and platforms. To fill Prader’s former role, SUZOHAPP is appointing of Anette Jauch as Senior Account Manager for
Europe. Jauch brings with her decades of experience in the gaming sector. For SUZOHAPP’s operations in the UK, Norman Ridall has been promoted to Director of OEM Sales and will take the UK team towards another record year of growth in this market.
SWITZERLAND – Greentube has bolstered its position in Switzerland after taking its content live with Casino Barrière Montreux’s online brand, GAMRFIRST. Casino Barrière Montreux only recently launched its online brand GAMRFIRST in Switzerland, a premium gaming experience with games from leading suppliers in the market.

Malta's IZI Group is extending its reach to the island's lottery sector as the company prepares to take over the National Lottery of Malta.
Malta's IZI Group is extending its reach to the island's lottery sector as the company prepares to take over the National Lottery of Malta from Maltco Lotteries, as of July 2022.
After more than two years of preparation, National Lottery plc, a subsidiary of the IZI Group, was selected as the Preferred Proponent in the RFP process initiated by Malta's Privatisation Unit earlier in 2021. For the past 18 years the National Lottery of Malta has been administered by Maltco Lotteries, a subsidiary of the Intralot Group.
"We take pride in being the first locally-owned entity chosen to operate a national concession of the calibre of the National Lottery," commented Johann Schembri, Founder and CEO, IZI Group. "Te National Lottery needs a fresh look and a modernisation programme both at the level of product and service delivery. SZRT Slovakia’s new online sportsbook in multi-year FSB deal

FSB has secured a significant European partnership by becoming the sportsbook technology provider for the Hungarian State Lottery backed SZRT Slovakia. In an exclusive multi-year agreement, FSB will power SZRT Slovakia’s newly- launched sportsbook,
www.betRing.sk.
Working closely with their new partner, FSB has developed, built and launched a new sportsbook that brings together localised content, dedicated mobile apps, loyalty and gamification programmes and player forums. Te supplier will also provide the full PAM tech stack coupled with trading and risk management services.
Te IZI Group is also at the start of a new concession for the Dragonara Casino and has big plans for the property as it continues efforts to position the Dragonara Casino as one of the most sought-after casino properties in Southern Europe.
“Our future aspirations are driven by an investment-led programme that focuses on growth in the various business verticals that we operate in,” added Mr. Schembri. “All aspects of our business require new investments.
While land-based gaming is the origin of the IZI Group’s business and contributes the lion’s share of its revenues, online gaming is also an important aspect of the company. In 2019, after years of development, the Group obtained its MGA online licence to be able to deliver the Dragonara and IZIBET products online.
