View,” are held, where employees are invited in small groups to hear financial reports on the compa- ny’s performance and other current information. Al- so, a daily e-mail goes out to employees detailing how close the company is to meeting both financial and production goals. Whether Cirtronics is having a good month or a bad one, each employee knows what is happening every day. “We begin by making the commitment to be

honest and authentic. Obviously, surprises do hap- pen, but if you consistently communicate with a truthful intent and in the genuine interest of the employees, people are open to being transparent as well. And, they’re more excited because they realize there’s no hidden agenda,” says Gronvall. Besides engaging with employees, Cirtronics is

committed to engagement with its customers through its Precision Engagement®model. The mod- el was formalized over the last few years, though its roots can be traced back to the company’s founding. Cirtronics has always approached cus- tomer relationships with the goal of ef- fectively meeting the specific needs of each customer. Over time, the ap- proach has evolved into a highly-devel- oped process for initial customer en- gagement and nurturing ongoing cus- tomer relationships. Precision Engagement means

that the Cirtronics team is proactive and engages with customers in every part of the process. Gronvall de-

Ventec Certified to IPC-4101 Revision E

Amesbury, MA — Following an inter- nal review process, Ventec materials now meet all the requirements of the new IPC-4101 Revision E standard (Specification for Base Materials for Rigid and Multilayer Printed Boards). Back in 2014, Ventec Internation-

al Group declared its support for the proposal led by ESA, the European Space Agency, to define supplemental requirements to the IPC4101D speci- fication for base materials for rigid and multilayer PCBs. The latest revision of the speci-

fication replaces IPC-4101D-WAM1 and formally includes an Appendix A that provides supplemental inspec- tion requirements for the base mate- rials used in high-reliability PCBs for critical applications, with partic- ular reference to the prevention and detection of foreign material inclu- sions (FOD) early in the supply chain.

Ventec has been inspecting,

testing, and releasing materials that meet the standard for many years. The company is committed to achiev- ing the highest delivered quality to all its customers including those in the military, aerospace and automo- tive markets. The latest investments will add

AOI to treaters in Suzhou, China, starting with the highest-reliability materials, which include VT-901 and VT-90H polyimide, as well as the full range of no-flow/low-flow prepregs for rigid flex applications. Contact: Ventec USA, 21
