Würth’s Shenzhen Lab Gains ISO/IEC


Accreditation Waldenburg, Germany —Würth Elektronik has strengthened its test lab in the Shenzhen subsidiary responsible for its Chinese facilities. The China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) has now extended and expanded accreditation of the lab in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005. The current accreditation now applies until 2023. No fewer than 60 additional test methods were adopted within the framework of this certificate that guarantees reliable reproducibility of all test results. The qualification for testing the com- plete portfolio is confirmed with the accreditation of documentation, methodolo- gy and calibration by external auditors. Europlacer Expands Facility in France
