SEMICON Taiwan to Highlight Automotive Chipmaking
TAIPEI, TAIWAN — With Taiwan forecast to rank as a top buyer of chipmaking equipment, SEMICON Taiwan 2022 is set to bring together companies from across the electronics design and manufacturing supply chain. MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The SMTA has finalized its 2022 technical program and registra- tion is now open. SMTA International is scheduled to be held from October 31 to November 3 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The four-day conference
includes the latest electronics manufacturing research and technology from major manufac- turers, such as AMD, Cisco, Collins, Honeywell, IBM, Intel, and many more. More than 100 presenta-
tions are organized into technical tracks that include: advanced packaging; high performance and reliability; interconnect research and reliability; low- temperature solder; manufactur- ing excellent; among others. The annual Women’s Lead -
ership Program is planned for November 1. This program fea- tures career development pre- sentations and speed mentoring sessions, closing with a connec- tion reception. On November 2 and 3, the
