DEEP RIVER, CT — INSPECTIS AB an- nounces the launch of INSPECTIS software Version 6.3, offering several new features, improvements, and bug fixes for its family of 4K and FHD digital microscopes. Additional- ly, Inspectis software is now tested and ap- proved for use with Windows® 11. Other no- table improvements include live viewing dis- tortion correction and an auto-calibration function that makes it possible to make pre- cise calibrations quickly over a range of mag- nifications. V6.3 brings significant improvements as
well as new features to the INSPECTIS line of 4K digital microscopes. The company has also enhanced an already popular feature, that of saving preset parameters via a user- configurable preset button. Now,
Easy-PC PCB Design Suite Incorporates IPC-2581
TEWKESBURY, UK — Number One Systems™, a technology- leading PCB design solution company, has announced the re- lease of Easy-PC™ version 26, which incorporates an IPC-2581 export capability, along with over 25 other new technology features based on user requests from professional PCB designers. IPC-2581 is an intelligent
standard for printed circuit board and assembly manufactur- ing description data and transfer methodology. It goes beyond Ger- ber files, simple graphical repre- sentations of the design, and adds design intelligence such as stackup, nets, and components. Easy-PC version 26 incorpo-
rates a number of new and en- hanced design rules checks (DRC) and design for manufac- turing (DFM) options in both schematic capture and PCB de- sign. New checks, minimum sol- der mask width, solder mask to track, and minimum text size aid manufacturability and prevent costly mistakes. One of the new design verifi-
cation checks, modified pour areas, alerts the designer to in- complete design changes that would not be incorporated in manufacturing. The unconnected gates op-
tion removes unnecessary DRC warnings related to unconnect- ed power pins in a multi-gate package. These and other new checks
in version 26 will add to the val- idation of a design giving an ad- ditional level of confidence for
successful manufacturing. Contact: Number One Sys-

the system offers 16 positions and each but- ton can be named and its label read by hov- ering the mouse over the active button in the display. This greatly extends the range of pre-set
inspection criteria that can be saved, improv- ing both speed and repeatability when per- forming demanding optical inspections with any of the INSPECTIS family of cameras Pre-set calibration values for all cam-
eras have been improved, and the latest IN- SPECTIS camera microscopes, namely F35, F35s, DIM-F, DIM-FX, DIM-U, and DIM-UX, have now been added to the software. IN- SPECTIS software is available in versions adapted to all INSPECTIS 4K and FHD mod- els and products including special versions
for BGA, DIM, and capillaroscopy. Contact: Ascentech2, LLC, 143 Union
