FREMONT, CA — ViTrox has rolled out the latest version of its manufacturing intelli- gence solution, V-ONE 4.0 to support the sus- tainability of today’s manufacturing environ- ment. V-ONE 4.0 is rooted in four core prin- ciples (connect, visualize, proact, and digital twin). It is now equipped with more exten- sive and innovative capabilities within eight innovation levels to meet worldwide cus- tomers’ needs. The eight levels of innovation are data

collection, data management and traceabili- ty, data analysis and visualization, asset management, process optimization, mainte- nance intelligence, imaging intelligence, and prescriptive insight. With eight levels of innovation, ViTrox

enables global customers to in- crease productivity and achieve desired manufacturing results. Now, V-ONE 4.0 is capable of

enabling customers to supervise the manufacturing line: collecting reliable data from IoT sensors and edge devices, databases in fog servers, MES connections and

WACKER Develops Industrial Silicone

Rubbers ADRIAN, MI — WACKER has unveiled industrial-grade sili- cone rubber compounds whose precursors are derived from plant-based raw materials. Sev- eral biomethanol-based product lines under the ELASTOSIL® eco umbrella have been launched, including one liquid and six solid silicone rubber grades, as well as selected SILMIX® silicone rubber compounds. The ELASTOSIL eco family

now presents its youngest mem- bers: biomethanol-based ver- sions of several silicone rubber compounds. The first liquid silicone rub-

ber is ELASTOSIL eco LR 5040. The eco version of this extremely tear-resistant, non-postcuring grade is available for order in six different hardness values. Customers will also have a

choice between two lines of solid silicone rubber: peroxide curing, general-purpose ELASTOSIL eco R 401 (hardness: Shore A 40) and addition-curing, exceptional- ly tear-resistant ELASTOSIL eco R plus 4020 solid silicone (Shore A 40).

WACKER already offers a

range of eco-grade silicones. These include silicone fluids, de- foaming agents, fabric softeners, silicone release agents and sili-

cone sealants. Contact: Wacker Chemical
