MacDermid Alpha Launches Low-Temp Adhesive
WATERBURY, CT — MacDer- mid Alpha Electronics Solutions has launched its ALPHA HiTech AD13-9910B ultra-low tempera- ture adhesive, designed to miti- gate defects on temperature sen- sitive parts and substrates. ALPHA HiTech AD13-9910B
can be cured at temperatures as low as 140°F (60°C) enabling ex- cellent adhesion strength and a reduction in the defect rate on temperature sensitive parts. The product is suitable for plastic parts or substrates that are very sensitive to high temperature ex- posure and exhibits excellent ad- hesion strength on stainless steel (SUS), nickel, PCBs and liquid crystal polymer (LCP). ALPHA HiTech AD13-9910B
ultra-low temperature adhesive is able to fast cure at very low tem- peratures, with excellent dispens- ing performance. The product meets market reliability require- ments such as adhesion strength in high temperatures and high humidity making it an excellent solution for camera module, opti- cal and other applications that are very sensitive to high tempera- ture exposure. Through the innovation of
specialty chemicals and materials under Alpha, Compugraphics, Electrolube, Kester, and MacDer- mid Enthone brands, MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions pro- vides solutions that power elec- tronics interconnection. The com- pany serves all global regions and every step of device manufactur- ing within each segment of the electronics supply chain. The ex- perts in the company's assembly solutions, semiconductor solu- tions, and circuitry solutions divi- sions collaborate in design, imple- mentation, and technical service and strive to ensure success for its partners.
