YORBA LINDA, CA — Cal Test Electronics has introduced its CT4447 series of 30 MHz high-voltage differential probes. Two differ- ent attenuation settings are offered, covering the most requested voltage ranges. Features include up to 1,400V differential, voltage over range indicator, switchable attenuation ranges, and multiple power options. With 1,000V CAT III rating, as well as


certification by cTUVus to IEC 61010-031: 2015, these probes will provide reliability and safety. The probes are covered by Cal Test’s two-year warranty.


CT4447 Series differential probes. Oscilloscope users are often faced with


the need to make measurements between two voltages, both of which are not at earth ground. Differential probes are designed to allow earth grounded oscilloscopes to make safe, accurate floating measurement be- tween these two points. The CT4447 series probes convert these floating signals to low- voltage ground-referenced signals that can be displayed safely on any ground-refer- enced oscilloscope.
