sion and multi-color LED illumi- nation support the various process steps. Device specific al- gorithms consist of a combina- tion of multiple process steps (e. g. pattern matching, circular de- tection and edge detection), thus providing high recognition rates and minimizing process time. The assembly techniques are
determined by the requirements of the device. For instance, a com- ponent can be selectively soldered by laser onto a PCB, in the next step another part is laser welded
