Page 87 Epson Showcases Latest Manufacturing Robots
Long Beach, CA — Epson Robots is now offering its latest six-axis and SCARA robots, as well as its inte- grated parts feeding solutions. Due to the company’s SlimLine design, Epson six-axis robots can save on valuable factory floorspace and fit where other robots cannot — without
Dispensing, Coating and Custom Automation from PVA
Cohoes, NY — PVA is demonstrating its dispensing technology at produc- tronica 2019, including the Delta 8 with MR2, Delta 8 with a PCS150 and PC150 fed by a VPK-2K for 2K coating, Delta 8 equipped with an FCS300-ES, SJ100 and FC100-CF for film coating, and Delta 6 config- ured for PCB assembly. Designed for multiple applica-
tions, the Delta 8 system is flexible beyond conformal coating. The MR2 highlights the Delta 8’s fluid dispens- ing capabilities. The MR2 is a versa- tile servo-controlled rod dispenser for processing single- or dual-component chemistries requiring a high level of dosing accuracy.
The world class provider of exceptional area Laser Reflow solutions
compromising performance, speed and reach. The six-axis robots can reach into confined workspaces from many angles, with ultra-smooth motion, making them excellent for a variety of applications. The VT6L all-in-one six-axis
robot, the latest entry level offering with a 13.2 lb (6 kg) payload and 35.4 in. (900 mm) reach, provides ground- breaking technology at a competitive price point. It is excellent for simple applications, such as loading and unloading, packaging, and parts assembly. The company’s N-series six-axis robots are, reportedly, the world’s
first robots with compact folding arm technology, which is designed to pro- vide optimal motion and workspace
efficiency. Epson’s RS3 SCARA robot with
the IntelliFlex™ feeding system, pow- ered by the company’s IntelliFlex Software and Vision Guide, delivers a simplistic and affordable feeding solu- tion and is an innovative alternative to bowl and flexible feeder solutions

Delta 8 dispensing system. Utilizing a volumetric displace-
ment concept, the MR2 is capable of processing a wide range of chem - istries, including viscous filled or abrasive materials, without concern to slight material changes from batch to batch or due to atmospheric condi- tions. This results in a more accurate dispensing process for difficult-to- process chemistries. The Delta 6 is a flexible robotic
conformal coating/dispensing system that is excellent for selective coating, potting, bead, and meter-mix dispens- ing applications. The robust overhead three-axis motion platform is suitable for inline or batch operations. The Delta 6 has a slim footprint, rigid structure, and robust gantry configura- tion designed for high accuracy and
demanding applications. Contact: PVA, One Mustang
