Inovaxe Demos Smart Carts at productronica

Deerfield Beach, FL — Inovaxe is demonstrating its smart cart tech- nology in three separate areas at pro- ductronica 2019. With Panasonic, the company will be showing one model IA700-S-C, an InoAuto smart cart for 7 in. (179 mm) storage. With MODI, the company will display one model

any location. InoAuto will automatically de-

tect each reel’s location as they are scanned and randomly placed in the rack by the operator. The InoAuto software tracks each individual reel, providing enhanced inventory accu- racy and full traceability.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT

SPRING-LOADED CONNECTOR?

IA200-S-C, an InoAuto smart cart for 7, 13 and 15 in. (179, 330 and 381 mm) mixed-reel storage. Finally, with LTC, the company will be high- lighting a brand-new model SRS22- 1500C, a smart stencil rack for Vec- torGuard and Quattroflex stencil storage. Inovaxe’s internationally pat -

ented smart rack lights up the loca- tion of required parts and detect the location of each inserted reel. The smart stationary stockroom SMT reel storage rack utilizes Inovaxe’s single- package single-location (SPSL) tech- nology with sensors and indicator lights at each location within the rack.

Only one operator is required to

utilize the Smart Stockroom system, reducing labor costs. The system does not require the operator to scan

InoAuto smart racks help oper-

ators to find parts in less than four seconds and substantially reduce machine set up time. Typical ROI is less than four months. The through- put is five times faster than the typi- cal robotic storage systems at less than one third of the total cost and less than one quarter of the square footage. Multiple racks can commu- nicate within the same network. The units are ESD-compliant and require

virtually no maintenance. Contact: Inovaxe Corp., 260 SW
