FLUID IMAGING TECHNOLOGIES, INC

Introducing FlowCAM® -ES At-Line System: R&D

laboratories worldwide use FlowCAM imaging particle analysis systems to study particulates in process fluids.

Now the same technology is available for use in a full production environment. Capable of being installed and operated directly at the production facility, the FlowCAM-ES provides real-time, at-line analysis of fluid-born particulates.

The system can automatically dilute fluids coming from a process line or vessel, and then return fluids to the supply or to waste after analysis.

Powerful image recognition algorithms automatically identify and measure different particulates in the process stream, and also report concentrations for each.

The results can be used for trend analyses, as well as to monitor for and report any impurities that might be present.

GE ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS

Sievers Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analysers from GE Analytical Instruments offer unsurpassed accuracy and robustness for a wide range of sampling needs. The InnovOx Laboratory offers a powerful oxidation capability through a patented Supercritical Water Oxidation (SCWO) technology. SCWO enables the InnovOx easily measure a broad range of tough samples – including brine, humic acid and cellulose. SCWO also removes oxidation byproducts and sample between analytical runs, eliminating frequent maintenance and parts replacement. The Sievers 900 Laboratory and 900 Portable feature a proprietary membrane technology that eliminates interferences for reliable, accurate results. Learn more by visiting GE Analytical Instruments at Pittcon.

GENESIS PACKAGING TECHNOLOGIES

The PW Bench Top is a small hand-fed vial capper that is ideal for laboratory, pilot-plant, and manufacturing pharmacy operations.

It’s reduced size enables it’s use on a rigid table top surface and allows easy movement from one location to another. The capper uses the same proven three spinning roller sealing head design as the standard PW Westcapper www.gen- techno.com/ products/westcappers/pw-series. Now, a servo driven actuator will bring the sealing head to the vial and utilise a load cell to accurately provide proper sealing pressure. This functionality provides a quality seal despite variations in vial height.
