VA: Virginia Beach Arena  to Virginia Beach. WA: Seattle Arena Proposed arena near Safeco Field on land owned by Chris Hansen. The county and city are positive, should a NBA team be secured. Part of effort to bring NBA and NHL to Seattle but not reliant on this. The Nordstroms and Steve Ballmer also revealed as investors. Opposed by Mariners. Cash also suggested to improve Key Arena to attract future professional sport team. Previously, the NBA team moved to Oklahoma City. Muckleshoot Indian Tribe also completed a study for a $450m arena near Emerald Downs. Capacity 20,000
