Bradfords Group reports a solid year on the back of a number of internal changes and new senior hires in the core BBS merchanting busi- ness supported by phenom- enal growth in the plumbing and heating business, which now has 15 branches. Tool Hire has grown to 21 branches and continues to do well and take market share.
The Kitchens, Bathrooms have seen investment and continue to develop in line with expectations.
The company, which has seen consistent growth throughout the year and expects it to continue into 2017, has a turnover in ex- cess of £150 million. Market- ing director Adam Charman says this gives them the buying power to stock the best quality and widest range of products.

Bradfords has continued its development in 2017 with the acquisition of Crockers, a highly respected general builders’ merchant operating from one branch in Dawlish, South Devon. Crockers has been trad- ing for over 60 years and is renowned for providing a knowledgeable and friendly service.
The company specialises in the supply of all general building materials as well as plumbing and heating products and kitchens and bathrooms.
