In addition to customer loyalty, Blanchfords also have some very loyal members of staff, some of whom have been with the company for over 30 years. “I believe that customers appreciate the fact that when they phone us or call in to branch they will know the people they are dealing with and know they are being looked after”. says Hayden.


“Our industry is changing”, adds Smith, “It is far more competitive nowadays and we can’t afford to be complacent. It can be hard work embracing change but you can’t expect to get the business without having to put the work and effort in to it”. More growth is on the cards for  the site that is right for the company’s needs.
