xtra Help recently received the results of its Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) survey and it’s offi cial – the franchisees think it’s doing a
fantastic job! The home-help and domestic services franchise network engaged Smith & Henderson, an independent franchise consultancy, to conduct its FSB survey.
Franchisees were invited to participate in an anonymous questionnaire all about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, Smith & Henderson assigned Extra Help with an overall FSB score and the highest performing franchisors will be recognised at the Best Franchise Awards, sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Franchisees were asked to rate subjects such as the franchise system itself, training and support, culture and relationships, value and rewards, stewardship, and general satisfaction. Based on the responses received, Extra Help scored an impressive 93 per cent and can, therefore, conclude that its franchisees are very happy with the service provided. Extra Help received 100 per cent positive responses when franchisees were asked about the company’s culture and the relationship they had with the franchisor. Franchisees also indicated that they were very satisfi ed with the business model and felt that its services were superior to that of the competition. All respondents said that they’d recommend Extra Help to others and, if they had their time again, would happily invest in an Extra Help franchise. Extra Help is delighted with these positive survey results, which will, without doubt, attract more franchisees to join the growing franchise network in 2017.
