This years Inter Region- al Football Games for U14 started last summer with training camps for Boys at U13 set up in different

areas around

the county and for ap- prox 8 weeks during the summer these

camps

were open to any boy who wanted to take part in their area. There were no restrictions in place and clubs were invited to send any number of players along to the ses- sions, resulting in large player numbers over the summer attending. It was from these panels that our regional teams were made up from with the regions holding games as they went along. We would like to say

thank you to all the Coaches, Mentors, Par- ents, GDA’s & Club Coaches who have been

working closely with the lads, well done to all. To the Mayfield club for hosting our Inter Re- gional Games and to all clubs who provided facil- ities during the summer for our regional sessions. On the day we would also like to thank our ref- erees who officiated at all the games on the day.
