Buffalo: The new album Somewhere Down The Road is another good one. Who produced it? Billy Bob: It was produce by us. By us-uns. We done it ourselves.
Buffalo: I am sure J.D. (Andrew) has a little experience in that department. (Laughs) Billy Bob: Yeah, he’s twisted a knob or two. Teddy: Yeah, once or twice. Billy Bob: And he can engineer one like nobody’s bidness.
Buffalo: And what label are y’all on now? Billy Bob: It’s 101 Ranch Records.
Buffalo: Kinda like Waylon meets Kris Kross. (Everyone laughs)

Buffalo: So how has the tour been so far?
Buffalo: We all know the main four Boxmasters- you (Bud Thornton), J.D. Andrew, Brad Davis and Teddy Andreas - who are the two other guys? Billy Bob: The two joining us on this tour are Dave Fowler from Asheville, NC on bass and Eric Rhodes on drums. Teddy: Where is Eric from? Brad: He’s from Yanis, Texas. Teddy: I never heard of Yanis. Brad: It’s down there where the Texans are different.

Billy Bob: The tour has been excellent. I think that so far this has been the best tour we have ever had - or at least in a long time. Brad: Best one to date. Billy Bob: Yeah, and the great thing is we have been playing a lot familiar places like Houston, and here in Huntsville - we played Bossier City the other night and had a great show. But pretty soon we’re going into kinda uncharted territory for
the second half of the tour, so that remains a mystery. We’ll be up north in Illinois. Of course we love Chicago, we’ve played there several times and that’s always great - but we are playing some other good sized theatres in Illinois and then we’re going to Nebraska and Iowa. We’re gonna play Caines Ballroom in Tulsa which we have done before.
Buffalo: You said Nebraska. Are you gonna be in Lincoln? Brad: Yeah!
Buffalo: (Doing a character voice) Dif- ferent in any particular way? Brad: (Laughing) They wear their overalls in- side out.
