Citizens Bank Park, home of Major League Baseball’s Philadelphia Phillies, offers space for almost any gathering at any time of year. Offering a diverse array of activities and venues, XFINITY Live! features incredible flexibility for private events of any size or budget, from 20 up to 3,000 guests. From corpo- rate groups to meetings and banquets, a wide variety of spaces including restaurants, bars, lounges and entertain- ment venues are all available on site.
The mezzanine and lounge spaces at XFINITY Live! offer several options for private dining and exclusive cocktail receptions, as well. Private rooms provide options for busi- ness meetings, game watching or cocktails. The property’s wide variety of restaurants also present a great alternative to a standard banquet hall, and are available for affordable buy outs. Outdoor spaces provide even more options.
The College of Physicians of Philadelphia, also known as the “Birthplace of American Medicine,” is home to the world renowned Mütter Museum plus seven different
meeting rooms, each magnificently adorned to showcase everything from grand staircases and mahogany paneled walls to fireplaces and beautiful chandeliers. On site food and beverage is available through Catering By Design.
The Kimmel Center and the Academy of Music are both available for special event rental. Garces Catering acts as their exclusive caterer, and is currently preparing a new restaurant concept that will be opening soon. Groups can rent Verizon Hall, which was the first major concert hall to open in the 21st century and is among the world’s best performance venues.
The Hamilton Garden, perfectly situated atop the Perelman Theater at the Kimmel Center was recently fully enclosed to support their special events needs and offers stunning views of the cultural heart of Philadelphia.
The Academy of Music is a 2,900-seat house that is both a celebrated historic landmark and a contemporary con- cert hall. Recent renovations include a major backstage modernization, which will accommodate some of the largest shows Broadway has to offer. The Academy of Music Ballroom provides a return to traditional elegance and gracious entertaining in a landmark setting overlooking the Avenue of the Arts. Shimmering chandeliers and hand- gilded walls create an oasis of refined luxury for events of up to 250 people.
