he 2011 anniversary SPATA and BISHTA awards in Brighton attracted a shortlist of 114 entries across 28 categories. So being a winner on the annual industry awards night was a special feeling for the successful


companies. Portrait Pools , Tandy Swimming Pools, Cheshire Wellness and Deep End Pools were all multi gold award winners who took to the stage at the Metropole Hilton with other gold winners proudly to show off their certificates.


David Bland from Portrait Pools who were one of the big winners of the SPATA awards including the prestigious Commercial Pool of the year with the BSPF president Tony Welsby


Delyse and Martin Borley from Tanby Swimming Pools, either side of BSPF president Tony Welsby with their seven certificates, including three gold awards


Will Skyner and Chris Cox from Cheshire Wellness accept the SPATA gold award for non-traditional pool installations from Richard Carrington, SPATA Chairman


Will Dando about to accept the gold award certificate on behalf of Deep End Pools Ltd from Tony Welsby in the SPATA Liner Pools £30,000 and over category


Tony Line and Jamie Smith from the London Swimming Pool Company accept the SPATA gold award for in-ground domestic spas and health pools with Richard Carrington and Jamie Adams, MD of sponsors Golden Coast


Barry and Paula McCabe, and family members from Oyster Pools with one of their two gold awards of the event – the Peter Geekie award for retail excellence. With them are members of sponsors Certikin International
