WATERSTREAM HITS THE SNOWY HEIGHTS

The Waterstream Group’s Managing Director Alex Kemsley has recently returned from what has to be the highest hot tub service they have carried out in the foot hills of Mont Blanc in the Resort of Chamonix, France. Alex says: “Our customer found it impossible to find a capable engineer to repair his hot tub in France and asked us if we could assist, I was only too happy to oblige and get in a couple of days skiing at the same time. The challenge was to ensure we had diagnosed the hot tub before we left the UK, as I didn’t want to get out there without the right bits! Hot tub diagnosis is something we at Waterstream have become very good at over the phone, from

dealing with enquiries from dealers on our Waterstream trade website for hot tub parts to general consumer enquires we can usually establish the problem part in a few minutes. Waterstream based in West Sussex carries out hot tub repairs and servicing for both retail and trade customer and carries over 2,000 lines of hot tub parts in stock for next day delivery to trade buyers or their customers.
