July, 2016 Eraser Introduces Heavy-Duty Wire Stripper drive in

Syracuse, NY — The Eraser Compa- ny, a manufacturer of wire and cable processing equipment, has introduced its Model E200, a heavy-duty wire stripper. The wire stripper is designed for production line stripping of large magnet-, enamel- and film-insulated wire.

The machine is able to Powerful Cable Prefeeding Systems

Schleuniger‘s PreFeeder 3300, PreFeeder 4300 and PreFeeder 4800 cable feeding systems are designed for use with heavy weighted cable reels. Utilizing a shaftless design for easy loading and unloading of the cable reels, the systems distinguish themselves through their simple concept and ease of use. strip most types of film insu- lation, including varnish, enamel, polyester, and other resins from round, square and rectangular wires, as well as some types of Litz wire. The E200 will strip round wire from 1-20 AWG and square wire up to 0.25 x 0.25 in. (6.35 x 6.35 mm). For rectangular wire, the maxi- mum wheel opening is 0.25 in., and the maximum ma- terial width is 2 in. (50.8 mm). Its powerful motor drives two

brush wheels may be used with the machine. A dust take-off port is in- cluded and an adjustable length stop ensures consistent strip lengths. The company also offers its Eraser Certi- fication Program, which is a service that determines the correct stripping wheel for an application.
