Program Manager Northfield, MN — All Flex, a manufacturer of flexible printed circuits and flexible heaters, has hired Glenn Menear to join the applications engineering sales team. Mr. Menear has been in the flexible circuit industry for nearly four decades and is a recognized expert with extensive technical knowledge. As program manager he will promote All Flex capabilities and provide engineer- ing applications support within the seasoned team of engineers in the sales department. Prior to joining All Flex he was the senior technology manager at Samtec responsible for identifying the equipment and factory footprint for its flexible circuit capability. KIC Brings in New COO Isidre Rosello
San Diego, CA — KIC has hired Isidre Rosello as its new Chief Operating Of- ficer. Reporting directly to the company’s president, Mr. Rosello will plan and direct KIC’s operations, new product and services development, company ob- jectives, initiatives, and financial and operational goals. Mr. Rosello has helped Fortune 500 companies such as HP and Kodak manage and grow. He was vice president and general manager of HP’s Indigo Division. Tapecon Promotes Jay Ziegler to COO
Buffalo, NY — Tapecon, Inc. has promoted Jay Ziegler to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Ziegler brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge to his new role. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in the printing industry with entry-level positions of packaging and machine opera- tion, which grew into roles of increasing responsibility in customer service, product management, and sales. He continued to hone product and materials knowledge in outside sales. He joined Tapecon in 2003 as a Marketing Spe- cialist. After joining the Tapecon team, he was promoted into a director-level marketing role which later came to encompass sales and customer service, and eventually all front-end operations. Yamaha Promotes Takashi Kimura
and Naofumi Tanaka Kennesaw, GA — Yamaha Motor IM America, Inc., has promoted Takashi Kimura to the position of President, and has moved Naofumi Tanaka to the role of General Manager of Overseas SMT Sales and Marketing. Previously, Mr. Kimura worked for Yamaha Motor IM Suzhou as sales manager before his pro- motion. He has been with the company for 24 years and his experience includes years in both robotics and SMT. He replaces Mr. Tanaka as president of Yama- ha Motor IM America. IEWC Hires Paul Sullivan as
Senior VP of Sales Milwaukee, WI — IEWC has hired Paul Sullivan as its senior VP of North American sales. With over 40 years of progressive sales experience, Mr. Sulli- van brings a wealth of commercial knowledge and business acumen to the role. Mr. Sullivan comes to IEWC from Anixter where he most recently served as vice president of major account and global OEM account sales. During his tenure, he worked his way up through the sales organization beginning as a sales assistant. He has also held several different commercial positions in- cluding general sales manager, VP of purchasing and marketing, VP of the US wire and cable division and VP of OEM sales. He holds a BA in social science and currently resides in California.
