Page 73 12 Megapixel Camera from ISVI

Oxford, CT — ISVI Corporation, a manufacturer of high-speed, high-resolution cameras and technolo- gy, has released its IC-M125-CXP, a monochrome 12MP CMOS camera with a CoaXPress CXP6, and DIN-4 interface delivering 181fps. The camera is based on the CMOSIS CMV12000 v2 high-sensi- tivity CMOS sensor and replaces its predecessor, the IC-X12CXP, which has been discontinued. There are several major differences from the

previous model. First, the size and weight of the camera has been reduced to a slim 80 x 80 x 36.55 mm (3.15 x 3.15 x 1.44 in.) at 400g without a lens mount. The new housing design is compact, durable, and uses a newly developed sensor posi- tioning design to provide precise sensor alignment. The addition of the LM-Mount to an already large lens mount allows integrators to use high-quality Leica-M and Zeiss ZM lenses with the camera.

New Crimp Style Wire to Board Connectors from JST

Waukegan, IL — The JFPS series wire-to-board, 8.8 mm (0.346 in.) pitch, crimp style connectors, recently introduced by JST Corporation, reportedly offer high reliability and provide stable contact performance under high vibration, distortion, and high current conditions. The headers and housings incorporate polarization, keying, and secure locking features. The unique contact locking mecha- nism is internal to the housing there-

rithms achieve quality images while still allowing the user to calibrate the camera according to the required imaging environment. Special attention has also been paid to thermal management to min- imize the effects of temperature oscillation on image consistency. User definable ROI (H&V), exposure and strobe output delay round out the major features of the camera. ISVI cameras are used in many diverse appli-

cation areas including AOI, 2D/3D metrology, SPI, wire bond inspection, wafer inspection, bio- mechanics, robotics, defense and aerospace, and

many others. Contact: ISVI Corporation, 3 Morse Road 2A,

by eliminating contact back-out and damage through handling external locking lances. The positive locking system is designed to fit inside the envelope of the header making it pos- sible to stack the headers close togeth- er and be able to release the positive lock. To facilitate proper mating, con- nectors offer keying and color coding. The JFPS series is available in

two and three circuit sizes rated 35A (using 10 AWG) at 600V. The con- tacts are tin-plated over a copper alloy-based material and accommo- date a wire range of 12 AWG to 10 AWG. The operating temperature range of the connectors is –40 to +105°C (–40 to +221°F) including temperature rise in applying electri- cal current. PCB mounted headers are available in top entry configura- tion. Housings are molded in RoHS

compliant material. Contact: JST Corporation, 1957
