The Tergo™ High-Performance


Flux Remover is a non-flammable, low-temperature cleaning fluid that has a non-volatile additive specifical- ly engineered to clean challenging solder pasts and flux residues. It can also remove stubborn white residues. It is a versatile cleaner that is even effective on water-soluble (OA) flux- es. It has secondary applications as a degreaser and can remove slight oxi- dation and tarnish from finished sur- faces. The flux remover is compatible with traditional vapor degreasing procedures and no hardware modifi- cations are usually required. This makes the product a good replace- ment for older degreasing chem - istries that are being phased out due to environmental, health, safety, or economic pressures. This solution is important to Eu-


ropean companies because it enables fast, thorough cleaning without using water. Vapor degreasing is far less en-
