Nordson ASYMTEK Introduces Spectrum II Jet Dispenser
Carlsbad, CA — Nordson ASYMTEK has introduced the Spectrum II™ Pre-
ogy is suitable for producing small dots, but its use for high-volume pro- duction has been complicated by the short life of the consumable parts and less-than-ideal

across multiple installations. The Spectrum II Premier sys-
tem is built on the Spectrum II fluid dispensing platform and leverages the company’s experience in design- ing and manufacturing precision flu- id dispensing equipment for high-vol- ume production environments.
The IntelliJet system’s self-cali-
bration features and the platform’s patented closed-loop process controls ensure that dispense results remain consistent despite variations in con- sumable hardware, setup and wear. Users can reliably transfer their dis- pense processes across multiple Spectrum platforms and achieve identical performance in fluid break- off, eliminating satellites and accu- mulations. The ReadiSet jet cartridge max-
imizes up-time as only the wetted fluid path parts are changed, allow- ing the jet actuator to remain on the platform. Also, individual components of the cartridges are easily exchanged,
