high school state honors music project High School State Honors Band Staff
Dennis Glocke, director of concert bands at Penn State University, is the conductor of the 2013 WSMA High School State Honors Band. Chris Werner of Central High School in La Crosse is the band coordinator and clarinet section coach. Other section coaches include Lizabeth Rosenthal of Beloit Turner Middle School (flute, piccolo and oboe), Brenda Zimmerman of D.C. Everest Middle School in Weston (low woodwinds), James Tab- bert of Hayward High School (trumpet/horn), Jason Sebranek of Plymouth High School (low brass) and Joseph Finnegan of D.C. Everest Junior High School in Weston (percussion).

Sandra Peter, associate professor of music at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, is the conductor of the 2013 WSMA High School State Honors Treble Choir. Shelley Hooper of Kettle Moraine Middle School in Dousman is the treble choir coordinator and soprano 1 section coach. Other section coaches include Kelly Ribbens of Washington Middle School in Oconto Falls (soprano 2), Lyndsey Garske of Bartels Middle School in Portage (alto 1), Doreen Athnos of Logan High School in La Crosse (alto 2) and Jonathan Turba of Iola-Scandinavia Middle/High School is the treble choir accompanist.
