Aqueous: Cleaning and Cleanliness Testing
Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Aqueous Technologies’ Trident XLD is de- scribed as the industry’s envi- ronmentally responsible fully automated defluxing and clean- liness testing system. It is capa- ble of removing all flux types including no-clean, rosin and water soluble while operating with a variety of environmen- tally safe defluxing chemistries frequently required for specific types of flux removal. The XLD provides auto-
matic cleaning, cleanliness test- ing, drying, chemical dosing, complete assembly-specific SPC via bar-code scanning, and op- erates without sending any water to the drain. It is report- edly as exceptionally fast, with an average total cycle time of less than 30 minutes. The sys- tem can clean one month’s worth of production while con- suming less than ten gallons (38 liters) of water, all of which is lost to normal evaporation. The Trident Duo is a high-yield
automatic defluxing and cleanliness testing system that provides a cost- effective alternative to inline deflux- ing systems. Operating on a fraction of the power, water, and chemicals of a traditional inline cleaning system, the Trident DUO provides high throughput at a very low operational cost.
