Minneapolis MN — Stratasys, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSYS) and Objet Ltd. announced the completion of their merger, forming a leader in 3D printing and direct digi- tal manufacturing. The combined company will trade on the NASDAQ stock ex- change as Stratasys Ltd. (“Stratasys”) under the symbol SSYS beginning Decem- ber 3, 2012. The market capitalization of the new company -- approximately $3.0 billion.
