micropigmentation

Natural Enhancement treatments are offered using the Cosmedic® range of professional tools and pigments, designed specifically by Tracey Simpson to meet the demands of trained practitioners in this field. Training is conducted at Natural Enhancement’s training academy, where students can undertake the ‘Smart-Start’ Foundation and Advanced level education programme, suitable for those just starting out in Micropigmentation or those looking to build on existing skills. The Academy prides itself on a low student-to-educator ratio, which guarantees individual attention.

LCN

LCN PermanentMake-up Training covers four days, and enables you to learn the basic techniques for the application of eyebrows, eyeliner and lip liner.

Courses are usually one-to-one, and content includes best practice, client consultation, colour theory, needle choice, patch testing, application techniques and post treatment care. Three days of training are taken consecutively with the final day taken approximately six weeks later. Training includes a written examination, case history and portfolio assessment, and models are provided when training takes place at the BCI Centre.

After six months of experience, you can then extend your skills and techniques so that you can offer a wider variety of treatment procedures and increase your revenue by undertaking theAdvanced Permanent Make-up Course which includes shading, blending and advance colour mixing.

Additional courses available include Areola Reconstruction, Scar Relaxation and Camouflage, and CosmeticMake-up, as well as a three- dayAdvanced Techniques seminar for medical practitioners.

LCN pigmenting units, handpieces, pigments and needles are manufactured in Germany. Start-up packages include the entry level Smart Deluxe machine, the high-tech lightweight Titanium 2, or the Kryo- Liner 2 – a lightweight, high performance pigmenting unit using cryotherapy, which freezes the treatment area so that the healing process is considerably quicker and any swelling and discomfort is greatly reduced. The retention of the pigment within the skin is greatly improved while the skin is cold and, because the healing process is faster, the area is less likely to scab.
