An excellent Neon crazy OPI has launched its first neon nail lacquer with their new limited edition Outrageous Neons collection.
The Outrageous Neonsmini pack includes four limited edition neon shades, as well as a neon white base coat and OPITop
Coat.The four fluorescent hues include vivid shades of yellow, orange, pink and
purple.The essential step for achieving the best results is to prep nails with one coat of neon white base, followed by two coats of neon lacquer. Colour driesmatte, but adding one layer of OPITop Coat results in bright, bold colour with a shiny finish.
“Outrageous Neonsmark OPI’s foray into the world of neon colour,” explains SuziWeiss-Fischmann, OPI ExecutiveVP andArtistic Director. “In the US, the FDA requires that all cosmetic colourants be approved, and each batchmust be certified for
purity.The lacquers in this set are formulated with new, FDA-approved neon pigments for a look that’s dazzlingly vibrant.”

Jessica came up trumps in the 2012 Essentials Beauty Top 100, with Quick Dry and Phenomen Oil each taking an award.

Collection.This limited-edition collection features six high-performance nail colours.
Colours within the collection include DramQueen (blu/purple), Femme Fatale (green), Leading lady (light rose), Temptress (red with ruby glitter), Maneater (black) and Starlet (black gold glitter).

talons Ever the style icon, Jessica fan Danni Minogue completed her Australia’s Got Talent semi-final look with a slick of Cherrywood.

Underground OPI have been gifting their on-trend shades in goody bags at a recent launch.
A quintessentially British brand, Underground, opened their flagship store in Berwick Street and held a launch event at the trendyWhotel. Underground has been at the forefront of footwear design since the 1980s, when it burst onto the scene with a punk-inspired collection.
Editors and celebrities were invited to celebrate the launch and were each given a gift bag at the end of the evening, which contained OPI shades that they all loved.
