Refuel at TheGarage
An upcycled quintessential English Spa is set to over this November in rural Co. Durham.
The Garage will combine rustic charmwith luxurious and innovative Spa facilities, and is located at an ancient stopping station at Greta Bridge, previously used as a refuelling and repairing point for the country’s firstmotorcars travelling between London and Scotland.

The Spa, designed by Blue Spa&Leisure, will comprise five single treatment rooms and one couples’ suite with an outdoor bath for two. Treatments include a CarWash shower experience, dry float room, Paint Shop nail bar and Blow Dry bar. New innovations, and a first in the UK, is the Shepherd’s Hut log sauna set in the Secret Garden complete with hanging pods with fur throws.

Ireland.The company will now distribute the Payot brand across the UK.
GrahamAnthony remains as one of the biggest suppliers of skin care and cosmetics in Ireland with interesting additions to its range planned in the comingmonths.
Established by GrahamAnthony Quinn in 1988, the business has grown froma single bronzing creamsourced in England, to the exclusive supply of top international brands including Decléor, Carita, Royal Effemand Payot distributing to over 300 selected beauty salons in Ireland, 12major department stores and 85 pharmacies.
Inline with its dedication to sales, distribution, delivery and customer care, in the last 12months the company has relocated warehousing, introduced a new computer sales systems and are about to introduce customer online web sales.
TheMoat appoints SpaManager
CharlotteVarley has been appointed as SpaManager ofTheMoat at Ruthin Castle in Denbeighshire, which opened at the end of July.
Charlotte has worked in the Spa and beauty industry for over 10 years in both the UK and abroad. Commenting on her new role, she says: “I believe thatTheMoat will offer an unparalleled Spa experience in this region and I am delighted to be a part of it.”
Treatments comprise localWelsh ingredients known for their therapeutic qualities such asAnglesey sea salts, seaweed, herbs and sweet honey sourced fromwithin a fivemile radius of the castle.
