anticipating and shaping the future.
• Financial information – using management accounts
to make decisions; budgets and cash flow; spotting
‘health and decay’.
• Change – leading change; identifying personal
strengths and maximising them in others.
• Next steps – assessing drivers and blockers to
personal change.
