Programmable
connection centre Lighting management specialists Ex-Or have developed a truly intelligent, programmable lighting control connection centre to meet the needs of the modern school classroom. The new CDW12U5-C CD (Connect Digital) Box takes plug-in installation - with all its time and cost-saving advantages - to a new level. Because the intelligence is in the CD Box itself, it is supremely flexible. Outputs can be 'bound together' in any combination of dimming and switching configurations - all via the software without any hard-wiring choices needing to be made.

Modular has designs
on ice When architects Pringle Brandon was appointed to design the new European headquarters for American based corporation ICE Futures Europe in London, the team specified a wide range of fittings from Modular Lighting Instruments to meet the high level of quality and design required throughout the build. When it came to the lighting specification, the architectural team required a high level of visual impact. As such, Cake from Modular Lighting Instruments was used in the reception area, as its contemporary circular recessed form enhanced the oval design of the space.
