Wednesday, I wake up naturally around six. I guess my body clock is telling me that it is “me” time. I go to a HIIT class in the gym where I also teach Pilates, work out as hard as I can, sweat like there is no tomorrow and actually enjoy every single minute of it. I’m so grateful for these forty minutes where I can realign my body and mind. After the class I feel energized and ready to start the day.


When I get back home around 07:40 a.m. it’s morning chaos - dressing the children, feeding them, brushing up on their homework and making lunch boxes. By the time I take the kids to school I’m still in my sweaty work out gear, but it’s accessorized with peanut butter stains (Wednesday my kids usually get rice crackers with peanut butter and banana for breakfast), but who is complaining? I still feel pretty positive and energetic, especially as from this year all my three young ones (seven, five and three) will be off to either nursery or school. Wooohoooo! We usually walk to school as Misha, our rescue dog, likes being included in the morning school routine of a good 5km morning walk. I rush home, have a quick cat wash and change, before hurrying off to my first two sessions of back to back Pilates. Arriving at the centre I’m greeted with relaxing, gorgeous, happy smiles. Both classes are full with 35/ 40 people, they go really well, the clients are happy, and there are beautiful Pilates vibes all around. I feel like I’ve been reborn and re-energized, stress free and bouncing like a spring chicken.


Talking of chicken, I’m usually pretty hungry at this point so I rush home and make myself a blissful and enjoyable feast without a toddler pulling on everything and messing around, testing my patience. I don’t even have to hide the chocolate that I just took from the cupboard. Nope, I get to enjoy it with my coffee.


Ooooops, it’s almost 13:30 p.m., I’m going to be late for nursery pick up... after collecting my little boy, I have his lunch ready in the car which he gets to enjoy with daddy on our toddler exchange. I’m forever grateful that my kids aren’t picky and will usually eat anything I make them. With a variety of delicious vegetables and fruits with a sandwich it’s time for me to teach my lunchtime class while daddy and son get to hang out with each other.


My lunchtime class … I am just breathing and relaxing with soothing classical music, surrounded by beautiful keen smiles and gorgeous postures. I start the class, with these well behaved, keen and experienced pelateholics.... I soak up those exquisite Pilates vibes that recharge me and I urge everyone to lengthen and stretch that little bit more. I love my job and get so much satisfaction out of it, and I enjoy a busy class and the vibe that it brings with it. After the class I get twenty minutes to plan/make dinner, before picking up my daughter from school,
