IN JANUARY 2021 FERGUSON PLC SOLD Wolseley UK, the UK based heating and plumbing distribution business, to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a global private investment firm.

materials amongst many more. To service the business, Wolseley have also invested in four vehicles to ensure products are delivered on time to customers.


The branch is conveniently located just off the M8 and M9 motorways, with easy connections to Scotland’s capital city and further afield.

The branch will provide service and components for the new build and social housing markets, whilst also delivering a one-stop shop for plumbing and heating customers, allowing them to improve productivity and ‘first time fixes’. There will also be a 30-minute ‘click and collect’ service available as well as delivery of above and below ground product in one go.
