Laure Baume to depart as Groupe ADP makes changes Groupe ADP Executive Director and Customer Director Laure Baume (pictured above) is to leave the group to pursue ‘new professional projects’, effective 7 May. Baume, who has held the role since


December 2014, is replaced by current Head of Retail Mathieu Daubert, who joined Groupe ADP in 2007 as Product Offering Division Head. He was appointed Head of Retail in July 2010. Since January 2015, Baume has served


as a Management Board member of the Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire (joint- venture) Relay@ADP (joint venture) and Epigo (joint venture). In other appointments, Fernando


Echegaray has been named Chief International Officer and Executive Committee member, replacing Antonin Beurrier, also effective 1 May. Echegaray previously served as ADP


International Chief Operations Officer. Finally, Antoine Crombez has been appointed Chief of Staff.


New CEO Nõgene ‘to strengthen Tallink Group’s current position’ AS Tallink Grupp has named Paavo Nõgene as its new Chief Executive Officer on a three- year term, effective 1 May. Nõgene (pictured centre top) will join the


company’s management board as Chairman, the supervisory board said in a statement. Current CEO Janek Stalmeister will


remain on the company’s four-member management board, which includes Paavo Nõgene, Andres Hunt and Lembit Kitter (also effective 1 May). As a former Secretary General of the


Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Estonia, Nõgene’s CV also includes a spell managing Estonian theatre Vanemuine.

Rémy rings the changes at Executive Committee level Rémy Cointreau Group has made some key changes to its Executive Committee, beginning 1 June, 2018. Current Senior Vice President Global


Travel Retail Ian McLernon (above) has been named CEO of the Americas. Philippe Farnier, currently CEO of the


Americas, has been appointed CEO of the House of Rémy Martin, replacing Eric Vallat. Meanwhile, David Ennes becomes CEO of


Global Travel Retail in addition to his current responsibilities as CEO of Asia.


He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Estonian National Broadcasting and the National Opera alongside various other arts and theatre bodies. Nõgene is also owner and a member


of the Management Board of OÜ PN Management. Enn Pant, Chairman of the Supervisory


Board said: “The Supervisory Board decision and the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer Paavo Nõgene will only strengthen Tallink’s current position and future prospects.”


Carlos Granados Moyano named Mondelez WTR sales head Mondelez World Travel Retail (WTR) has appointed Carlos Granados Moyano as Head of Global Sales, effective 1 June. Moyano (pictured above) takes up the role


vacated by Jaya Singh, who recently replaced Andreas Fehr as Managing Director. Reporting to Singh as part of the leadership


team, Moyano takes on the position in addition to his current responsibilities as Senior Business Development Manager for Global Key Account Dufry Group & Americas. He boasts seven years’ experience at


Mondelez WTR, including overseeing its West Europe and Americas business, together with managing large key accounts and sales and customer marketing teams in different sales channels in the Spanish domestic market. “It is an honour to take on the role of Head


of Global Sales, Mondelez World Travel Retail,” commented Moyano. “Mondelez WTR sales were at a record


high last year and these results are testament to our new 360 approach when it comes to the brand-retailer-shopper relationship, a key element of our Delighting Travelers category vision.” Jaya Singh, Managing Director


Mondelez WTR, added: “Carlos joins an excellent leadership team, with a fantastic pipeline of initiatives in place to drive the business forward.”
