PARTNER CONTENT FOR CHATEAU HERÁLEC HOTEL & SPA BY L’OCCITANE

Chateau Herálec Hotel & Spa by L’Occitane HERÁLEC, CZECH REPUBLIC

Chateau Herálec Boutique Hotel & Spa by L’Occitane is located in the highlands, in the heart of the Czech Republic (Vyso ina). The family touch is present in every corner and is one of the main reasons a lot of guests enjoy coming back. Due to its location, the hotel has direct accessibility to the D1 highway, which means guests are only a one-hour drive from Prague, Brno, two hours from Bratislava and 2.5 hours from Vienna. Chateau Herálec has something for every guest

and is ready to accommodate their needs at any time of the year. During spring and summer, guests can listen to birds singing outside their window and get to experience the breathtaking nature that Herálec and Vysocina provides. If guests prefer autumn or winter more than the warmer days, they can enjoy the lovely sound of crunching leaves or fresh powder snow underfoot. The oasis that this hotel provides is simply unbeatable. Chateau Herálec’s spa area also includes a showpiece swimming pool, built under the

arches of former horse stables. There’s also a whirlpool bath which, like the swimming pool, sits in a stunning location: the turret. This has proven to be ideal — just behind the resting room in the spa’s southern wing — and is a serene spot to further unwind after a massage or time spent in the sauna or fitness centre. Each guest can indulge in one of the 19

spacious rooms, which is either named after one of the chateau’s former owners or a painting from the Regional Gallery of Vysocina. If guests are food lovers, there’s the hotel’s farm-to-table restaurant. Restaurant Honoria only works with fresh and local ingredients depending on the seasons. As well as an à la carte offering, there’s a seasonal, six-course tasting menu pairing each dish with a different wine. The cellar stocks not only Moravian wines but also one of the largest collections of Bordeaux wines in the country. The chateau offers a wide range of activities

for both leisure and corporate travellers, and can host everything from weddings to family parties or business events.

Don’t miss Enjoy the hotel’s summer special breakfast served straight from the grill in the courtyard
