Petit St. Vincent, a private island resort, lies 40 miles south of St. Vincent in the Grenadines. As the southernmost in this group of Caribbean islands, it consists of rolling hills spread over 115 acres and is surrounded by two miles of white- sand beaches. vibe. The sea-to-table menu includes freshly grilled fish as well as locally caught lobster, plus a variety of Mediterranean-style salads and pasta dishes, along with homemade pizzas cooked in a clay oven. With turquoise tropical waters and unspoilt
reefs, the on-site Jean-Michel Cousteau Caribbean Dive Centre offers off-the-beaten- track dives. And, with a fleet of boats, ample watersports equipment and a tennis court, there’s plenty to do Alternatively, stretching out in one of the many hammocks dotted around the island’s beaches is a popular option.
