SeaflowerSkye ISLE OF SKYE, SCOTLAND
Located on Scotland’s Isle of Skye, SeaflowerSkye is a boat tour company owned and operated by young, local couple Ewen Grant and Janice Cooney. Visitors can take in famous Skye landmarks such as The Old Man of Storr and the breathtaking Cuillin mountain range from aboard the MV Seaflower. Operating out of Portree Harbour on the Isle of
Skye, the purpose-built catamaran is the perfect vessel for an experience to remember. Whether it’s hiking, history, whisky tasting or simply relaxing onboard with Ewen and Janice taking care of your every need, SeaflowerSkye has a tour to suit. The company also operates the boat on a private charter basis — it has hosted small weddings, surprise proposals and numerous film and TV projects. One of the biggest attractions of the Isle of Skye
is the superior seafood that comes straight from the local waters. All the shellfish served on board is provided by Ewen’s family. Ewen’s father and older brother have fished the local waters for almost 45 years. Fresh langoustine, squat lobster,
hot and cold smoked salmon, and crab claws are all on the menu. The Seaflower regularly passes the family’s fishing boats while out on the water, so guests get the opportunity to see where their lunch comes from. SeaflowerSkye offers full or half-day tours to
the Isles of Rona and Raasay. Raasay is home to a beautiful new distillery, so if whisky tasting in Scotland is what you’re into, then let Seaflower take you there in style. Meanwhile, Rona is steeped in history and has a population of just four, so visitors get a real sense of remoteness and peace while exploring the island. Enjoy a relaxing cruise with plenty of wildlife spotting along the way, before mooring in the harbour for lunch. Sitting on the deck or flybridge, whatever the
weather, is an invigorating experience offering fantastic views and photo opportunities. If there’s a chill in the air, a padded waterproof jacket or deck blanket can be provided. Lifejackets, binoculars, hiking poles and local guides are also supplied. This is a chance to explore one of Scotland’s most beautiful areas.
Don’t miss The opportunity to try some of Scotland’s best seafood in a truly beautiful location — an experience not to be missed
