Procedure: Step 1. Disperse Naterna™ Excel SGI in water with a high speed agitation & mix for 20 min. Step 2. Add Mirataine® CB 35 ULS HP MB with a slow agitation & mix 10 min. Step 3. Add Miranol® Ultra L-28 ULS MB with a slow agitation & mix 10 min. Step 4. Add Geropon® TC Clear MB & mix for 10 min. Step 5. Heat a water bath to 75°C and place the beaker in it. Add the Cocamide MIPA and leave to stir for 20-25 min. Step 6. Let the formula return to temperature (<32°C), adjust the water loss and add the Sodium Benzoate. Mix for 5 min. Step 7. Add Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide & mix for 10 min. Step 8. Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 with Citric Acid.

Procedure: PHASE A: Charge Deionized water to main vessel, begin propellor agitation sift in Cellgum Plus, mix until hydrated. Add remaining phase A ingredients, ensuring each is uniform before the next addition. In a separate vessel, premix Phase B and add to main batch with continuous mixing. Add phase C to main tank with continuous mixing. Mix until uniform. Submit sample to QC for pH adjustment, Add Phase C to main batch, according to QC direction.

Procedure: Prepare Phase A and heat up to 75°C under stirring, Add VALVANCE® Touch 210 at the end of the heating phase. Heat Phase B up to 75°C under stirring. Prepare Phase C and add it into Phase B at 60°C. Add Phase A into Phase BC at 75°C under stirring, then homogenize. Let cool down to room temperature. Adjust pH to 5.5 with Phase D. Add E and stir until homogeneous. Add F and stir until homogeneous, homogenize again. Add G and stir until homogeneous. Properties: pH: 5.5; Viscosity (spindle 3 / 10 rpm) 1890 mPa.s; SPF (In silico with Sunscreen Optimizer™) 30; The formulation fulfils the 6 weeks stability at 50°C and the 3 months stability at 4°C, room temperature, 40°C, daylight.
